How to Use Grain Spawn

Inoculate: Inject 5ml of spore solution or gourmet culture into the sterile injection port.
Colonise: Within 3–4 weeks, your grain spawn will be fully colonised and ready for bulk.
Spawn to bulk:
- For dung-loving or exotic fungi → mix with CVG Bulk Substrate in a Monotub.
- For gourmet mushrooms → mix with Hardwood Bulk Substrate to create a high-yielding fruiting block.

Ratios we recommend:

Functional/therapeutic fungi → 2:1 substrate to spawn.
Gourmet fungi → 6:1 wood-based substrate to spawn.

Ingredients & Sterilisation Process

Soaked, cooked, and hydrated to ~50% water content.
Sterilised in a computer-controlled autoclave at 121°C for 2 hours.
Packaged in sterile, injection-ready bags for reliable results.
