Service and products are first class  but because I am a complete novice, I never had any success,  my fault completely  for not doing my research, I have put the hobby on hold as I am sure the extreme temperature hasn't helped, I am learning the hard way and recently by opening  a batch of ready made agar plates not realising that the film they came in had them sterile, when I went to use them two days later all ten of them had excellent bacteria  culture's,  but not what I wanted lol  still no success.
