Returns & Refunds

At OnlySpores, we pride ourselves on offering premium-quality research materials and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’re here to help where we can — within the limits of UK law and product safety regulations.

Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund or return.


Spore Syringes

All psilocybin spores sold on our website are strictly intended for microscopy and research purposes only.
It is illegal to cultivate psilocybin mushrooms in the UK, and we cannot accept refunds or returns on any spores that have been used or attempted for cultivation.

If you are using your spore syringe for research and are unable to observe any spores under the microscope, please contact us at hello@onlyspores.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will ask you to provide clear photographs or videos of your microscopy slides to verify the issue before processing any return or refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the product has been inspected and verified by our team.


Substrate and Grow Materials

If any substrate or other physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@onlyspores.co.uk with photographic evidence of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Once a substrate has been inoculated, we can only accept returns or refunds if:

  • It has been inoculated with gourmet or health mushroom cultures only, and

  • All spores or cultures were tested on agar prior to inoculation, with proof provided.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for any products that have been used in connection with psilocybin spores or any illegal activity.


General Return Conditions

  • Customers must email hello@onlyspores.co.uk for all return and refund requests.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our team before shipping any items back.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition, unless defective.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider or payment service.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please email hello@onlyspores.co.uk for assistance.


Illegal Activity

OnlySpores operates fully within UK law. Any indication that our products have been used for illegal cultivation or misuse will void any warranty, return, or refund eligibility and may result in your account being suspended.
