Here at OnlySpores, we pride ourselves on our discreet packaging and fast shipping service, offering delivery throughout the UK. Shipping times may vary on Bank Holidays and Weekends as we do not operate over these times. If you have any questions that can’t be answered below, please contact us at hello@onlyspores.co.uk.

We ship throughout the UK using both Royal Mail and DPD as our main, reliable couriers. If you have an international order, we will ship with a different courier depending on the end destination.

Larger orders are sent via DPD, whereas smaller items are posted in letters via Royal Mail. All of our orders have tracking, which will be sent directly to you as soon as your order has been marked as completed and dispatched.

Please note that we do not send items over the weekends or on bank holidays, therefore if ordering before or during these periods your order will not be processed until the next working day.

Orders typically take 24-48 hours once marked as completed to leave us and make their way to you. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has left us.

Larger items, such as our Monotubs, can take up to 5-7 days to leave us as they are made to order with fresh, sterilized substrate. Monotub availability and time-frames for shipping are included on the product page.

Although delivery delays caused by couriers are beyond our control, we encourage customers to contact us if any issues arise so we can provide further support where possible.

UK shipping is £4.95 and we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over £50. 

International delivery rates will vary depending on couriers available and the area we are shipping to. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing an order.

We offer international delivery on a case by case basis, and as such would ask that you contact us for further information if you’d like us to ship outside of the UK. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country we are shipping to and courier availability.

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries due to local regulations, customs restrictions, or courier limitations: Afghanistan, Australia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Yemen.

We cannot guarantee international deliveries and are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages in transit.

Please check that your payment has gone through before contacting us regarding missing or cancelled orders. We cannot process orders until payment has been made. We recommend making payment using your order reference number as the reference to ensure we pair your order up with the payment swiftly.

You should receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has left us, which is typically within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If you have not received a tracking number within two working days of placing and paying for your order, please contact us for further support.

Once you have received your tracking number, your order is with our couriers. As such, we will not be notified of any delays to individual orders so we ask you to contact us if you have not received your order within five working days of receiving your tracking number. We will investigate any delayed or missing parcels with our courier and assist you where possible throughout the claims process.

Please note that larger items such as MonoTubs occasionally have delays as they are made to order which will be stated on their product page.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us within 7 days if any damage has occurred. Please include photographs of the unused product(s) and the affected packaging so we can investigate further.

We will proceed to investigate this with our courier service which can take up to 72 hours, so your patience is greatly appreciated during this time. We will work to resolve all issues as soon as possible.
